L’Ukraine a réduit de 15% ses exportations d’huile de tournesol au mois de novembre par rapport à nov. 2020, à cause d’une diminution de la demande chinoise et indienne. Face à la hausse des prix, les pays se sont davantage tournés vers l’huile de soja plus compétitive. A contrario, la demande européenne est restée ferme.

Ukraine reduced exports of sunflower oil by 15% compared to the same period last year to 1.35 million tons due to falling demand from China and India, but partially offset by an increase in demand from the EU countries. The main reasons for the drop in demand for sunflower oil were high prices and a shortage of supplies at the beginning of the season, which is why buyers preferred cheaper soybean oil.

Rains are expected in some parts in Brazil.
